Ats são sistemas de rastreamento de candidatos, é um software que permite o manuseio eletrónico das necessidades de recrutamento e seleção .
Um sistema de ATS é muito semelhante aos sistemas de gestão de clientes CRM (Customer Relationship management).
Muitos empresas em Portugal já o utilizam, pois o ATS cataloga todas as áreas de conhecimento e experiências.
Como exemplo se for programador deve registar todas as suas linguagens de programação como competências.
O sistema de ATS está também integrado com o Linkedin. Daí cada vez ser mais importante ser colocado o link direto para o linkedin no seu CV.
Este sistema é semelhante aos de CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
Como é realizada a filtragem dos Candidatos?
Os candidatos são filtrado com base em vários critérios tais como, palavras-chave, competências, ex-empregadores, anos de experiência e escolas ou Universidades frequentadas.
Quais as vantagens?
Este sistema facilita e acelera todo o processo de recrutamento. Embora na minha opinião por vezes possa ter algumas falhas porque grande maioria dos candidatos não identifica convenientemente todas as suas competências.A automação está a ir mais rápido do que o previsto. A eliminação de postos de trabalho pode ser colmatada com a criação de novos empregos.
Para as empresas, com a evolução tecnológica, no sentido de não perderem competitividade e visibilidade, será fundamental ajustar os seus investimentos em capital humano.
Em resumo, um software de ATS é a ferramenta que viabiliza fazer mais com menos ao focar os esforços da empresa na análise e avaliação para escolher os melhores candidatos.
Muitos dos candidatos têm que adaptar técnicas de otimização de CV semelhantes às técnicas de otimização de mecanismos de pesquisa (SEO).
Futuro: Aproximadamente 50% dos empregadores precisarão de contratar mão-de-obra qualificada e cerca de 55% dos colaboradores de grandes empresas, terão que reciclar as suas carreiras para vertentes mais tecnológicas.
